Forty-six years of my life have been dedicated to thoroughbred riding, showing and more recently breeding. From a very young age, my uncle taught me to love horses. I come from a family whose love of horses has touched many lives. My uncle, the late George Brunacini of Bona Terra Farms bred Flower Alley, the 2004 Travers Stakes winner, Saratoga Breeders cup winner and the 2005 Kentucky Derby contender. He also bred Ohio Valley Handicap winner Our Josephina, grades stakes-placed Grey Beard, Golden Sylvia Handicap winner Callmeanicepick, and Stonerside Beaumont Stakes winner Victory U.S.A. who ran third in the 2003 Breeders' Cup Juvenile fillies. My uncle left me six superior mares and some beautiful foals to continue his legacy.
For the past eleven years, I have been fortunate to own and operate my own training facility not far from my Uncle's breeding facility. I have successfully retrained some of the greatest race horses. Many of them are competing in Hunter/Jumpers, Eventing and Dressage and they are in the ribbons. Every horse that is under our care and training, when placed with a new owner, leaves as a happy, well-balanced and willing partner.
